We are happy to offer our educational adventure to Egypt & Tanzania via Nairobi (Kenya).  Please review our most popular educational safari itinerary to Egypt & Tanzania for 13 days / 12 nights, departs on Thursday July 12 and return on Tuesday July 24, that means you will spend 4 nights in Cairo, 6 nights in Tanzania and one night in Nairobi. There is one night on board the transatlantic flight from New York to Cairo.

Our prices per person in double air & land from New York (JFK) – For minimum of 6 passengers - is $4,858.00 and $875.00 for single supplement

 Our given price will cover the following services:

• Round trip air fare from New York to Nairobi via New York & Cairo on Egypt Air
• One way domestic flights in Tanzania as per itinerary:     
• All hotel and lodge accommodations in Cairo, Tanzania & Kenya as per the itinerary
• Buffet breakfast daily in Cairo & Nairobi Hotels
• Three meals daily at lodges
• Two lunches in Arusha
• Four transfers in Cairo
• All transfers between Kenya & Tanzania border
• Half day private tours in Cairo as per the program
• Two transfers in Nairobi
• All transfers by A/C coach / van with driver and HLO Tours representative
• All park fees as per the enclosed safari program
• All safaris by private 4X4 land rover with English speaking driver / guide
• HLO Tours representative assistance in Cairo & Nairobi airports
• Handling of two (2) pieces of standard size luggage per person

TANZANIA ENTRY VISA:

For those who do not have their Visa for Egypt, HLO tour’s representative will get it for you upon arrival to Cairo Airport, again you will need your valid American passport, the enclosed white arrival card and $40.00 (cash only) per passport for both entries “no photo or application will be needed”.

Kenya Entry Visa: We will obtain Kenya entry visa upon arrival at Nairobi Airport. The visa fee is $50.00 per passport. We have to fill-out visa application upon our arrival to Nairobi airport.

TANZANIA ENTRY VISA:

Tanzania Entry Visa: Now, it’s possible to obtain your Tanzania visa upon arrival at Namanga border, all you need is $50.00 cash per passport. Please note that the currency must be in a good condition and dated from the year 2000 or newer. $1 bills are not accepted; therefore clients should be prepared with $20 and $10 denominations. No photos or applications are needed.

So, please do not mail your passport to any of the embassies

INOCULATIONS:

Malaria Pills are required and Yellow Fever Inoculation is strongly recommended. Please check with the Centers for Disease Control at 877 – 394 - 8747 for the latest information.

TRIP CANCELLATION:

• If you cancel your trip 90 days or more prior to departure, you will receive your money back except, $250.00 per person cancellation penalty as handling fee.
• If you cancel 89 to 60 days prior to your departure, you will receive 75% of amount you paid.
• If you cancel 59 to 30 days prior to your departure, you will receive 50% of the amount you paid.
• If you cancel 29 days prior to your departure, no refund.

 If you are interested in joining our exciting and educational adventure to Tanzania via Cairo & Nairobi, please fill out the reservation form and mail it to HLO Tours, Inc. with your $400.00 deposit per person paid to HLO Tours, Inc. Full payment will be due 60 days before departure (May 12, 2007)

We accept visa, Master card & American Express or checks.

Once we receive your deposit you will receive the following documents:

• Invoice, which, indicates deposit paid, and balance due.
• Travel Safe Insurance - Strongly recommended
  We can’t stress enough the importance of purchasing travel insurance (Recommended policy is enclosed) for your trip. It just makes good sense to protect yourself against potential trip disruption that could affect travel plans. The peace of mind alone will make your purchase of the insurance worthwhile. In order to assure a full insurance coverage for pre-existing medical condition or for other items mentioned on page # 2, Travel Safe insurance must be purchased within 10 to 15 days from your trip initial deposit.    Thank You

• International airline tickets including Orlando
• Name & Luggage Tags
• Hotel & Lodge addresses and phone numbers
• Passenger name & address list
• Animals check-list
• Van assignments
